By placing an order on Plough.com, you agree with the following Terms of Sale:

Price

The price of our products is displayed in United States Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will notify you of any significant change before we deliver your purchase. We charge a shipping and handling fee, which will be added to your order before checkout.

Taxes

We will calculate applicable tax on your order based on the shipping address. Such tax will be displayed before checkout.

Payment

We accept major credit cards. Payment will be charged when your order ships. Payment for subscriptions will be charged when your subscription is processed.

Delivery

• Books: We generally will ship books within one week of receipt of your order. Contact us if your order requires special attention.
• Digital Downloads: Digital Downloads will be available immediately after payment.
• Plough Quarterly: Plough Quarterly is mailed to subscribers on a quarterly basis. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your first issue to arrive. The digital edition and other premium online content will be available as soon as your subscription is processed. Back issues of the print edition may be purchased individually.

Rights Granted

• Digital Downloads: Upon payment for a digital download (e-book or audiobook), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download, copy, store, and transfer the digital content, but only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not re-post the content publicly.
• Premium Online Content: If your current subscription includes premium online content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, subject to our Terms of Use, to access such content for your personal, non-commercial use.

Returns

We will accept limited returns for refund or credit. Books may only be returned if unused and within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return a purchase, please contact us at info@plough.com or 1-800-521-8011 for return instructions. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Cancellation

Subscriptions to Plough Quarterly may be cancelled at any time effective for the following issue, by contacting us at subscriptions@plough.com or 1-800-521-8011. We will refund the unused portion of your subscription prorated by quarter. Access to premium online content may be terminated immediately.
