Jonathan Seiling, PhD, is a translator and editor of texts from several European languages, in particular those from the Anabaptist tradition. Raised in the Mennonite Church in Canada, his areas of research have included pacifism (particularly in the early Reformation, and in modern Canadian history), ecumenism, and religious philosophy (especially the traditions of Spinoza and Sophiology in Russia). He is also the founder of Gelassenheit Publications, Ltd., which publishes translations, studies, and literature related to Mennonite history.
