Join us online on August 28 as we announce the winning poet and two finalists of the fifth annual Rhina Espaillat Poetry Award. The winners will read and discuss their poems in a live virtual event with Rhina P. Espaillat, the beloved Dominican-American poet for whom the award is named.
Plough’s fifth annual Rhina Espaillat Poetry Award competition attracted over 1000 poems. The overall winner receives $2000 and two finalists receive $250. All three are published in Plough Quarterly. Go to the Rhina Espaillat Poetry Award page to submit your poems for next year’s award.
