A. M. Juster is a poet, translator, and essayist, and the poetry editor of Plough. He worked in senior positions for four US presidents, including twice in the White House and as Commissioner of Social Security. His most recent book is Wonder and Wrath (Paul Dry Books, 2020); he is currently working on a translation of Petrarch’s Canzoniere.
