Thank you for this beautiful article, I will share it with my friends. One of the motto of my existence is "Dance, the music is life!"(Grazia Villani); it was the result of experience.

very true if you do not have the correct tension in your strings u can not attain what u need its good to read this. :)

People are often concerned about too much tension and stress. Every human life is defined by stresses: physical, emotional, and spiritual. We should remember that without the right tension in the strings of a musical instrument there is no music, only noise and discord.

We feel happy and comfortable when our tensions are removed. But they continue to arise because they are a natural part of life and growth. Tensions in our personal life and relationships are natural and probably necessary.

Jesus tells us, “Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word from the mouth of God.” The good spirit uses natural tensions and feelings to create the symphonic music of life. If violin strings are tensioned properly, they can be plucked to make individual musical notes – the pizzicato of our feelings, our emotions. When the violin bow of the spirit is swept correctly over the tensioned violin strings, notes are blended into harmony.

The great question for each one of us is, “Will we allow the bow of the good spirit to make joyful and beautiful music out of the tensioned strings of life?"

Is your life a symphony? Does it sometimes soar upward in a joyful crescendo? Does it sometimes descend into a slow rhythm of repetitive low notes? Does your heart sing? Do you make a joyful noise unto the Lord? Do you only want to sing solos? Or do you want to join in the mighty chorus of harmony with many other voices?

Tune the strings of your life to the tension of attitudes that will give you the music and harmonies of joy and sorrow. Everyone can join in the music that celebrates life. If you have the right tension in your strings, the notes of the spirit will overpower the notes of the body, the flesh. Yet, they will both be there when you find a harmony that balances the high notes and low notes in the right chords. Be encouraged, and play on into eternity.

Remember this: You can adjust the tensions in your life, your marriage, your family, your work, and your community by adopting a positive and patient attitude in every situation. Then, when you apply the bow of the loving spirit to the strings of life, joyful and beautiful music will soar outward and upward.

If you have difficulty adjusting the tension of the strings of your life, you can always seek advice from the Director of the Orchestra. If you don’t know Him or you can’t find Him, ask the folks who do know Him. They will be glad to help you.
