A Chapter At a Time - Rewriting Sex, God and Marriage

Being created in the image of God is a gift but also a responsibility: when he created man and then woman, he charged them with the task of being fruitful, of multiplying and ruling over all of creation.

Instead of accepting this gift, we have rejected it, and now have a guilty conscience because we have disobeyed God.  Like Adam and Eve, we try to hide from him.  It is this that separates us from God.

Civilization has now experienced a complete moral collapse.  Nobody is willing to say what is right and what is wrong. We are afraid to use the word “sin.”And churches have failed miserably.

The only way out is to accept God’s loving plan for us.  Each of us longs to return to God and to be reconciled with him.  And marriage between one man and one woman is certainly part of God’s plan for our redemption.

That is why I have written the book Sex, God and Marriage, to address the pain resulting from broken relationships and confusion in the area of sex. This book provides biblical insights into the sacredness of sex, the struggle against temptation, the decision to marry or to remain single, child-rearing, divorce and remarriage, and homosexuality and same-sex marriages.

Going through the book one chapter at a time, we will be posting a new selection each Sunday. Our goal is to offer hope, healing, and a new beginning to those who have experienced discouragement and failure.  This is why Jesus came: to offer forgiveness for every sin.

This a very timely and relevant book that you have written. The rampant incidents of divorce, separation, and infidelity in marriage are outright violations of the sacredness of the sacrament. "What God has put together, let no one cast asunder."

I look forward to the rest of the book. Thank you and God bless.
